The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have established regulation that should ensure that the health of employees is not threatened (Hoffman, 2011). It achieved this by establishing the Hazardous Communication Standards (29 CFR 1910.1200), which has been made part of the Code of Federal Regulations (David, 2011).
